Can I purchase a Club W Experience or gift by phone?

For Club W to provide the best possible customer experience all memberships or gift purchases must be made on our website.

How can I pay for a Club W Experience?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards with a billing address in the United States.

When will my Club W Experience arrive?

Your Experience will arrive 2-7 days after your scheduled monthly process date. Your process date will be either the 1st or the 15th of the month depending on when you started your Club W membership. In order to remain compliant with federal laws that govern the shipment of wine, please ensure that there is an adult available to sign for the delivery at the shipping address you specify. A valid state or government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.

Why was my order rejected?

Federal and state regulations restrict the states and counties that we can send Experiences to. In the event that we are not able to start your membership we will contact you to explain why and will work with you to determine a solution. Sometimes the solution is as simple as using a different credit card or a second shipping address with an adult available to sign for the shipment.

How is sales tax calculated?

Taxes are based on the shipping address you provide. The amount includes both state and local taxes, when applicable.
