How do I go about returning my product?

We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in pristine condition and in a timely manner. If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve your concerns. Some reasons for returns include:

Merchandise damaged in the process of shipping

We take great care to ensure that your product arrives undamaged in any manner. However, accidents do occur. If your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can offer a replacement or account credit. We may request that you return the damaged product to us so that we can determine how to avoid issues of the same nature in the future.

Dissatisfaction with the quality or the taste of the product

Club W takes pride in offering some of the best products available for our members. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the quality or taste of the product, please contact us immediately.

Cancellations

We will do everything to make your membership as satisfying as possible. However, you are free to cancel your membership at any time by visiting your Experience Settings. If you stay, you will be eligible to enjoy long-term membership rewards, such as private sales and special offers for preferred clients. At the time of cancellation all credits in your account will be forfeited immediately. Please note: Credit Card refunds resulting from the monthly charge on the 15th are only eligible for a refund up to 30 days past the date of the charge with return of merchandise.

Starter Pack Shipments

Club W gives you the option to receive free shipping on Starter Pack orders when you opt into becoming an Experience holder. If you cancel your Experience before you receive your first order, Club W reserves the right to charge your card for the remaining shipping fee. This is non-negotiable, wine isn't free to ship!

Denied Shipments

If you deny your shipment for any reason, we will issue a $20 service charge to the card we have on file for you.

Where do I send my cancelled shipment for a refund?
