Terms & Conditions

Wine may only be sold and delivered to individuals twenty-one years or older. There must be an adult present to sign for a all Club W shipments. A valid, state or government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.

Club W communicates to our members offers to buy wine from licensed wineries or retailers. Wine sales are solicited, offered, accepted, made, and delivered by licensed wineries or retailers who receive all orders. The winery or retailer sells wine. Club W transmits orders and payment on the member's behalf to licensed wineries or retailers as an agent for the consumer.

Club W's credit for new member referrals is a rebate paid immediately by Club W, and not partners offering products to Club W members. Club W's voucher is paid by Club W, and not partners offering products to Club W members. Voucher credit is a refund or discount on a portion of the purchase price of the products sold by Club W's partners. Void where prohibited.

Club W Rewards program

Club W's Rewards program (also referred to as a referral program or invite friends) is designed to reward existing members with the opportunity to earn access to special promotions and benefits by referring friends to join Club W. Club W, and not wineries or retailers who offer their products to our members, issue credit for new member referrals. Existing members are only eligible to earn referral credits after new members they have invited join have purchased an experience and at least one order for that experience has shipped. No referral credits are awarded on non-experience purchases, gift cards, or vouchers. Credit may not be applied to past purchases.

Twenty-six (26) referral credits are awarded for each new member, awarded as thirteen (13) credits for each of the first two (2) shipments that ship to the new member. Referral credits are subject to cancellation if the shipments are returned. The new member being referred will receive thirteen (13) credits immediately to be used for their first delivery.

Referral credits granted by any means other than as a result of the initial completed and shipped purchase by a new member introduced for the first time to Club W by the referring member are in violation of these terms and conditions. You may not use spam to obtain referral credits, and you agree not to send invitations to join the Site to people who do not know you or are unlikely to recognize you as a known contact. You may not participate in the program if any applicable laws or regulations prohibit doing so. Any referral credits granted in violation of these terms and conditions are null and void and subject to immediate cancellation or termination of all referral credits. We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time and the methods by which special promotions or benefits are earned.

Code of Conduct

At Club W, we continually strive to offer our members a superior experience by curating small-production, hard-to-find products that our procurement teams discover from all over the world. We also do our best to offer a first-class experience for our members, and uphold the highest degree of professionalism. We, therefore, reserve the right to cancel and/or terminate any member’s account for any violation of the Terms & Conditions listed throughout the site. Any fraudulent behavior, creating of multiple accounts to acquire additional credits, spamming, flaming, excessive use of profanity or abusive language, either on Club W or any other website in regards to Club W, or while contacting any of our Member Services team, will not be tolerated.
